  Love it here all you need for your pet's, there is also,half hour learning class about small animals and amd a chance to hold one. Friendly staff. Parking is free

  We took our rabbit that had GI stasis for a second opinion, they charged us 49 pound for a consultation , then told us they advised the rabbit should be given a drip and they could only do that in back. 5 minutes later they told us the rabbits heart was stopping and that they had tried to bring them back but they was in a coma and couldn't be brought round. we felt they had no care for the rabbit, they charged us for "trauma care" for 15 minutes which was 55 pound! In total for less than 25 minutes we was charged 116 pound and our sick rabbit had suddenly died with them in the back after being ill admittedly but not at deaths door. Although we queried both the sudden drop in his condition and cost without even being told an estimate at the time, the response was that is it, if you want to complain here is an email address to write to. There are much better options in the area like barn lodge.

  vets for pets are friendly,caring & they act fast.cant thank them enough for their skilled work operating on our 17 yr old cat to drain a tooth abscess & take some teeth out.we had tigger home the same day after her operation & she was so much better.fantastic vets & staff.
